Rochelle C. Perkins, devoted sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, born November 21, 1961 to the union of Charles O. and Barbara S. Perry. She departed this life Monday, July 10, 2023.
Ms. Perkins attended MNPS and she deadicated 40 yrs in service to others at the State of Tennessee.
Rochelle was cherished and survived by her daughter, Latoya; grandchildren Porshia, Quinton, Jameshia, and Mikenzie; great grand and name sake Kamiyah as well as a grand host of family and friends.
