
Obituary of Demon Floyd, Jr.
Demon Floyd Jr. was born to Demon Floyd Sr. and Sharita Dunn on February 7, 2005. He was a loving son who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandmother Emma Lee, with whom he shared a special bond. Demon played football, baseball and basketball. He was a very athletic young man. He played basketball for East Nashville Magnet High School and was also a recent 2023 high school graduate. Demon was an ambitious and talented young man both on and off the court. His smile and laughter would light up a room. He was someone you could never forget.
Demon leaves to cherish his memories his parents Demon (Brittnay) Floyd Sr. and Sharita Dunn. Grandparents Gerald (Emma) Lee, Harriett Moore, Henry (Dorothy) Apple Jr., Stacy (Kenneth) McCall, Sister Emmarie Floyd, Brothers Christopher Webster, Breaun Floyd, Leandre Beard and Legend Fuller. He is also survived by a host of family members including many cousins, aunts, uncles, great-grandparents and friends.
Family members and friends near and dear to his heart, aunts Kimberly Floyd and Tamekia (Kris) Hale, uncles Jeffery Lee and Marques Sullivan, cousins Amadeona Wilson, Deondrian Sullivan, Laureice Hankins, Zy’keria Hankins, Antavious Anthony, Ricardo Bryant, Chiquita Anderson and Nicholas Hayes, special friend Jada Womack, great grandparents Dorothy Anderson and William “Bill” Coakley, family friend Dontae Jones, Coach Avery and the East Nashville basketball team. He will be missed by so many. He will continue to live on in our hearts and memories.
