Family, unfortunately I am unable to physically be there, however know that I am with you in spirit. I truly had a love and respect for my Uncle Ike. To me he is the epitome of what a man is supposed to be. A true man of God, an honorable husband, a dedicated family man. I have never seen or heard of Uncle Ike being anything but a classy, intelligent go getter that believed in positive change. I cherish the many conversations he and I had, and his jokes were hilarious. I know that my Uncle closed his eyes with a job that was done very well. In the winter the crops die, and the trees go bare the circle is broken until the cycle repeats, our family is broken but with the wisdom and teachings of our elders the next generation arises.
