In this season of isolation and confinement, it is extremely difficult to say goodbye to loved ones. The usual platitudes just don't quite reach our grieving hearts. Yet, I know in my head that healing will come. Loss is something we never get over, but a thing we just get through.
I'm so very grateful for the love and fellowship I shared with Mama B. Each of us had our own special relationship with this graciously quiet-spoken, quick witted lady. She knew she was loved and she blanketed her family with an abiding love. Her assignment is completed. And all of us who love now become her legacy.

I met Mrs Fuller as a little girl while she was a substitute teacher @ Ford Greene Elementary, we connected and I would later see her again as a teenager when I met her son DB. She would always greet me with loving arms and smile, leaving me with precious memories. She will always be remembered and truly missed.
