Mr. Gerald Lee (Jay) Waller, Age 59 of Nashville transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Centennial Medical Center. Jay will be sadly missed by many but especially his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sheila Y. Waller; children, Gerald M. (Jazmin) Waller and Sylvia W. (Edward, Jr.) Phillips; Grand-daughter, Payton Leandra Phillips; brothers, Phillip N.
