JOHNSON, Selene E. Age 80 of Bellevue. Passed away at St. Thomas Hospital on June 5, 2012. She is survived by devoted husband, Ewell Johnson for 54 1/2 years. To this union four children were born, James (Patsy) Johnson, John (Darlene) Johnson, Anthony (Regina) Johnson, Shenita Johnson; four devoted sisters, Maxine Campbell, Dorothy Slaughter, Christine (Robert) Ewing, Evanstine (John) Hambrick; two brothers, William (Kim) Bartlett, Frank (Ruby) Bartlett; four sisters-in-law, Mary Peters, Gertrude Fowler, Dorothy Johnson, Margaret Batchelor; one brother-in-law, Calvin Johnson; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Public viewing Friday, June 8, 2012 from 2-6 p.m. at Lewis & Wright Funeral Home, 2500 Clarksville Pike. Family visitation Saturday, June 9, 2012 from 11 a.m. til 12 noon at McNairy Hill United Primitive Baptist Church, 2208 Hermosa Street. Funeral to follow with Elder John T. Gassaway, Eulogist.
