Local survivors; mother, Mrs. Myrtle Jobe; sister, Delores Jobe Williams; brother, Kenneth Jobe of Memphis, TN; niece, Kimberly (Jesse) Henry; aunt, Jean (Bill) Haston; cousins, Gloria, Valerie and Bill Johnson and Robin Griner; immediate family in Baltimore; a host of other family and friends.
