CHAVIS, Katherine M. Mason - age 91, of Nashville, TN departed this life on August 22, 2017 at her residence. Survived by devoted children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Son, Jordan D. "Jaye" Chavis III (Toni); Daughters, Kaye Carrisse Chavis and Damita Lynee` Fielder; Grand-daughters - Sarita N. Crawford (Michael, Sr.), and Freda Katherine Fielder; Great Grand-children: Michael A. Jr., Jordan Jeanee` Crawford and Mason S. Crawford; brothers - Cornelius G. Mason, Jr., all of Nashville, and Ervin E. Mason, Knoxville, TN. Other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Clark Memorial United Methodist Church. Visitation, Aug. 26 at 11 A.M. with funeral to follow at 12 Noon, Clark Memorial United Methodist Church.
