Todd Jr. Blvd. He is survived by son, John W. Owens, III (Senetra), daughter, Lori Harris (Nathaniel), sister, Linda Owens, brother, Carl Owens (Lillian), grandchildren John W. Owens, IV, Natalie Harris, Evan Owens, and Melanie Harris. A host of nieces and nephews and special friends: Yvonne Lockridge and Christie Ropper.
